If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] and include your order number.

If your order has not already been processed, we will do our best to assist you. If it has already been processed or delivered, you may still request a return under our 90-day risk-free trial, subject to our return eligibility conditions. Returned items must be unused and in the same condition received, with original packaging and accessories, and return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or our fulfillment error.
