To request a return, please email [email protected] within 90 days of delivery and include:
your order number
the item(s) you want to return
the reason for the return
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send you the return instructions and the correct return address. We operate return locations in the USA and Europe, and we will assign the appropriate one for your case.
To qualify for a return, the item must be sent back in the same condition received, unused, and with all original packaging, included accessories, and proof of purchase.
Please note:
Do not send anything back without prior approval
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are not refundable
If the issue is due to a confirmed defect or our fulfillment error, we will take care of the return cost or provide an equivalent solution
If you want the fastest solution for a different item, please note that we do not offer direct exchanges. The usual process is to return the original item, if eligible, and place a new order.
