Once your return has been approved, we will guide you through the process step by step. In most cases, the full resolution takes around 5–7 business days from approval, depending on shipping transit and inspection timing.
After your return is received and checked, if everything is approved, the refund is sent back to your original payment method within up to 10 business days after inspection.
Please also keep in mind that your bank or card provider may need extra time to post the refund on their side.
A few important things to know:
You can request a return within 90 days from delivery
Items must be returned unused, in the same condition received, with original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase
Return shipping is normally paid by the customer, unless the case involves a confirmed manufacturing defect or a shipping/fulfillment error from our side
In some situations, if returning the item is not practical, we may offer a partial refund or another agreed solution by email
