Most orders are shipped through our operational logistics network, primarily from our main warehouse in China, depending on the destination and service availability. We also have an operational warehouse in Jamaica, New York, which supports parts of our logistics flow when applicable. Depending on the route and destination, we work with trusted couriers such as:
- YUN Express for many international shipments
- USPS for domestic delivery within the United States
- UBI Smart Parcel for certain shipments within Asia
In some cases, one courier handles the international part of the shipment and a local courier completes the final delivery.
