Customs inspections are handled by local authorities and are unfortunately outside of our direct control. In some cases, a package may remain in customs longer than expected due to:
- routine inspections
- local import procedures
- documentation checks
- temporary courier or customs delays
This does not always mean there is a problem with your order, it simply means the parcel is still being reviewed before release. We recommend allowing a little more time for the tracking to update.
